Merlin and Me

The day was lovely except for the light rain. My family and I went on a picnic in a big forest, In Scotland. I played hide and seek with my brother and then I want to hide in a huge cave. But suddenly! When I push a big brown old rock and then I saw one old man come out of the cave with a wired costume. Any way he has black brown hair and white beard. “Hello who are you? And where are we?” He said. “umm.. who are you?” I said. “ my name is Merlin I’m a wizard. Don’t you heard of me?” Merlin said. “ you are joking. hahaha” I laugh. Merlin? Is one of the main character in king Artur that I learned about with Mr.Hugh B. Fox III right?

“ Hey I found you!” my brother said “ wooow! Who’s this?” my brother said .I don’t know what to say. “ I don’t know he just came of this cave” I tell him.

“ I’m Merlin and I want to see king Arthur” Merlin said. He’s Merlin! Real Merlin we talk with him for a while. And I started to trust him. We show our parents. Then I take him to some mal but when we’re walking he saw a car “What is that thing! It’s magic!” He shouted “No Merlin it’s just a car come down.” I said. Then I had to explain everything to him. “No! it’s magic! I’ll use my power to stop it!” he said. “No!! Merlin no!” I shouted. But it’s too late. He say something. But nothing happened. “My power. My power it’s gone!” Merlin said. He can’t use his magic in our world. He was very angry and his face started getting red. But I don’t know what to do so I take him to get his hair cut and buy him a new T-shirt.

We ate lunch together. And I ask him lots of question. But he still shocked that he can’t use his power. We got home and he spent a long time with me and my family. We go to picnic today at the same place. It’s was a sunny day. Merlin wanted to go to the cave I found him in. So I take him there. “I’ll be back” he said. I wait out side of the cave. But he never came out of that cave again…

Why Sunflower Trilingual School?

The name of our school is Sunflower Trilingual School and the name says it all. The word “trilingual” means three languages. We teach Thai, Chinese, and English. We have many foreign teachers. We have Western teachers, Chinese and Filipino teachers. The school location is not that hard to find. The school is in Samut Sahkorn. The school has lots of trees. We’ve got a swimming pool, a separate basketball court, a multipurpose field and a well organized library. There are extracurricular activities, like Thai folk dance, modern dance, choir club, music, band, and all sorts of sports. All these activities it’s fantastic! Even teachers can have fun!

We have Chinese and English lessons everyday. Of course, the emphasis is on the English program. The English classes are separated into three classes. There are beginning classes, intermediate classes and advanced classes. The Chinese language program does the same thing.

We have a lot of foreign students too. We have Chinese, Taiwanese, German, British, Malay, Japanese and Korean students. The foreign students generally don’t know Thai when they first come so they have to take extra Thai classes. In about one or two years they can speak, write and read Thai very well.

Many students at Sunflower Trilingual School feel that Sunflower Trilingual School is their second home. You don’t need to worry that you can’t find friends at Sunflower. Everyone at Sunflower Trilingual School is friendly and kind.

Our school has won many times in Chinese and English contests.
